A rhino has been on my to-make list for a few years.  I had a really interesting horn embellishment I wanted to use.  Long story short, that embellishment didn't actually make it into this sculpture, as it just didn't work right.  In the end, this large, lovely, ritzy rhino emerged, and here we are!

Made with steel fencing and paddle wires in multiple gauges.  The front horn is part of a long, curved feather embellishment I had, and the second horn is another feather-like piece.  The shoulders and hips of this rhino are adorned with large metal plate-like embellishments from some sort of unique jewelry.  The back is then decked out in chain, pieces of earrings, necklaces, and even some industrial flat washers and other random bits.  The ears are sort of trumpet-like pieces, and yes, there are earrings in the ears because this rhino just needed them.

This sculpture measures 5.5 inches tall by 9.5 inches long by 3 inches wide, and is one hefty, thick-set sculpture!

P.S.  Rhino has a tiny bird friend, did you notice?
