Bijou loved to greet his fellow fish friends, coral companions, bubbly buddies, and jolly sea stars with a hearty Bonjour just to hear their obliging Bonjour Bijou Blue in return, for Bijou’s eyes were like glittering jewels and as deep and blue as the sea.
 
Bijou's eyes.  What can I say?  They just made me giggle as I created this piece.  Such enormous, twinkling eyes, set off with metal earrings (those fins) in a rich, vibrant blue...I couldn't resist.
 
Bijou measures 5.25 inches tall by 6 inches long by a slender 1.75 inches wide.
