This little stargazer of a penguin was pure fun to make!  Sometimes, it's all in the embellishments.  For this one, both the beak and the flippers are the same single piece - an old medical clamp of some sort.  The shape was so penguin-like, so I ran with it.  His tummy is adorned with a large silver pendant.  Above it hangs a little snowflake embellishment, and over that snowflake, a tiny gold fish.  The penguin also wears a second fish like a little bowtie.

Made out of dark annealed wire, as well as some copper wire for his big, orange, webbed feet.  Measures 7.75 inches tall by 3.5 wide/long.
